Payment
Payments are accepted by money
order, credit card through pay pal or money transfer via paypal.To
pay using your credit card you can need to sign up at paypal
- it is free to sign up and a handy to have for purchasing items
all over the internet.
All transactions are secured
using an SECURE SERVER (SSL) and we never ever share your personal
information with other organisations.

other US or Australian dollars only, please contact

Paying by Check or Money
Order
Please contact us for other
options. You can pay by check or money order in the mail, but please
be aware products will not be shipped until funds have cleared by
our bank. A handling fee of $10.00 USD will be charged for any USD
conversion rates charged by our bank. Please

Australian Customers Direct Bank Transfer
Australian customers
only - have the option to pay by direct bank transfer on the receipt
of an invoice. Please note Artwork or products will not be shipped
until payment is cleared and received into a Makin' Mojo bank account.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated
when you checkout.
The cost for shipping is based on weight, size and
packaging materials.
Delivery and Shipping Times
All
artwork and products are being sent from Australia. Artwork and
products are collated, packaged and posted on a weekly basis
- usually within 7 to 10 days of your order and payment being received.
We
reserve the right to backorder if your product is not in stock.
Some handcrafted or outsourced items may take 2 to 4 weeks to manufacture.
You will be advised if your product is not in stock and/or needs
to be backordered.
The
following list gives the approximate time you can expect
your package to arrive by. These timetables are guidelines only
and based on reasonable expectations and experience. Therefore please
allow reasonable time for your package to arrive.
Australian Standard Post
2 to 7 business days plus manufacturing time (approx 10 days)
Australian Express Post
2 to 6 business days plus manufacturing time (approx 10 days)
International Airmail Standard
7 to 21 business days plus manufacturing time (approx 10 days)
International Airmail Express
4 - 7 business days plus manufacturing time (approx 10 days)
Artwork or products sent by
Australian standard post or International Air Mail cannot be tracked,
and articles lost in the mail cannot be refunded. Only Express options
can be traced. If you are concerned about your package, it is suggested
you take out Insurance, please contact
us for further information.
Shipping
and Handling
All care is taken when
packaging your artwork.
Prints are enclosed
in clear acid free bags with foam core backing and then packaged
between cardboard and bubble wrap for more protection when shipping.
Other products are usually enclosed in a clear bag or bubble wrap
depending on the fragility of the item.
If you receive your order and it has been damaged
in transit, please contact us as soon
as possible.
Insurance
Please
contact us before you
make your purchase and/or payment if you require insurance.
With the current climate and customs diligance, unfortunately we
cannot be responsible for the loss of artwork in transit.
Insurance is not automatically added when you make a purchase from
this website. It must be purchased as a separate payment or if you
contact Makin' Mojo before making your purchase, we can arrange
your payment as a bulk payment to include the insurance.
Insurance can be purchased and provided at an extra
charge in US Dollars detailed below:
$7.00 per $99.00 or less of merchandise
$9.00 per $199.00 or less of merchandise
$11.00 per $299.00 or less of merchandise
$13.00 per $399.00 or less of merchandise
$15.00 per $499.00 or less of merchandise

Refunds and Exchanges
Our general practice is no refunds, we will exchange
or credit on new artwork or products only provided you notify us
within 14 days of receiving the damaged artwork or product. Originals
and glicee prints or small items cannot be exchanged. All shipping
costs associated to enchanging a product or artwork will be incurred
by the customer. If this is a concern for you, it is recommended
you take out shipping Insurance.
Customs
You may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your
country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by
you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what
they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
